Claims Helpers are trained in trauma-informed and culturally grounded practice. They listen, explain the steps in easy-to-understand language, and can help you understand what information is needed.

Phone and video appointments offer a private space to ask questions, understand the Claim Form, and prepare a Statement in a way that feels safe.

Claims Helpers can also share information on local and regional wellness resources that may help those moving through the Claims Process.

Claims Helpers are employees of Castlemain. They are independent from the Government of Canada and the Claims Administrator, Deloitte.
